Yoga Classes

Your questions

Here is where I answer the most asked questions.

What type of yoga do you teach?

I teach Hatha yoga, which includes a practice of physical postures with breathing techniques. I enjoy working on alignment and hold postures in order to bring good foundations and strength to my students. This enables me to bring a gentle flow to my classes helping my students to embrace the breath and movement work, combined. Be prepared for a playful practice, explore new postures, some breathing exercises with some deep relaxation.

How do I book a space

Go to the page Classes or Planning and Booking

Another way to attend is to just drop in and pay on the day in cash (please bring exact amount). Preferably equipped with your own mat.

3

What should I wear and bring?

I recommend my students to bring their own mat and perhaps a small blanket that they'll use during the class. Wear comfortable clothes and a bring a bottle of water

4

Where can I get a mat

You may not have a yoga mat because you haven't invested in one yet or  you are coming direct from work or play and dont have it with you. Not a problem. When you pre-book your class let me know you need a mat and I will make sure I have a spare mat for you on the day.

5

I am not flexible, will I be able to do it?

Yoga works in an intelligent way where the warm up allows us to build up to the postures we will explore on the day. Yoga works using our body's mobility , always working to your own individual potential. Working on your flexibility with consistency will help you see improvements in mobility, flexibility and posture.
