Service Description
These one-to-one sessions are tailored to your body, your sport, and your goals — whether you're building strength, improving flexibility, or recovering from training. We’ll focus on functional movement, breath work, and mindful awareness to help you move with more ease and stay injury-free. Suitable for all levels, no previous yoga experience needed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your private session or workshop booking, please kindly give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (or in case of a no-show) will incur the full cost of the session or workshop. You’re welcome to send someone in your place for a workshop if you can’t attend — just let me know in advance. Thank you for your understanding and for valuing the time and energy it takes to prepare for our sessions.
