A Practice of Coming Home
Slow, spacious, soulful yoga in Barnet _ A return to body, breath, and self.
I’m Hélène. I teach yoga in a way that is slow, spacious, and soulful.
My relationship with yoga has grown and deepened over many years. It has supported me through movement, change, and the natural cycles of life. Yoga has been a quiet thread—a practice I returned to not for answers, but for presence. It helped me listen more closely.
It offered a way of being that felt real. That’s how I share yoga today. My classes are not about performance or pushing. They’re about pausing, breathing, and sensing. I offer space—for your body to soften, for your breath to deepen, for you to meet yourself as you are.I teach in Barnet, North London, where I hold regular classes, workshops, private sessions and workshops.
My approach is rooted in simplicity, curiosity, and the belief that strength doesn’t have to be loud. Whether you are brand new to yoga, returning after some time, or simply looking for a more grounded way to move and breathe— I welcome you. This is a space for real practice.
For quiet courage. For being fully human.

Mindfulness
Mindfulness is at the heart of my teaching.
It’s the art of paying attention — noticing how we move, how we breathe, and how we meet each moment.
Through guided awareness, you’ll learn to slow down, listen inwardly, and bring more ease into daily life.

Breathing
The breath is where presence begins.
Gentle breathing practices (pranayama) help calm the mind, balance energy, and anchor you in the here and now.
In every class, the breath leads — connecting body, mind, and spirit in one continuous flow.
