Private Yoga - Yoga tailored to you

Private yoga sessions offer a space to move in a way that truly supports your body, your rhythm, and your life. Whether you’re looking to feel more at ease in your body, build strength and mobility, recover from stress or injury, or simply move with more confidence, these sessions are shaped around your individual needs.

Together, we work with what is present , your posture, movement patterns, breath, energy levels, and intentions. Yoga becomes a tool to help you move better, feel steadier, and develop a deeper awareness of your body, without pressure or comparison. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced; the practice meets you exactly where you are.

Over time, this personalised approach supports balance and resilience, softening areas of tension, strengthening what needs support, calming the nervous system, and reconnecting you to your breath. The result is a practice that feels relevant, sustainable, and nourishing, both on and off the mat.

Semi-Private Yoga

Move together, in your own space

Semi-private yoga is ideal if you’d like to practise with a small group of friends or family, while keeping the privacy and comfort of your own space. The sessions are shaped around the shared energy, rhythm, and dynamic of your group.

The practice invites you to move, breathe, and unwind together, creating a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Practising with people you know often brings a sense of ease, connection, and lightness, making semi-private yoga a playful and uplifting way to practise.

I come to your home with yoga mats and props and guide a class suited to the group as a whole.

- Semi-private (3–4 people): £95

- Small group (5–6 people): £115

If you don’t have enough space at home, a small studio in Whetstone can be rented for an additional £15 (subject to availability).

Yoga is for every body, at every stage of life. My senior and chair yoga classes offer a gentle and accessible way to improve mobility, balance, and overall well-being. Whether you're looking to ease stiffness, build strength, or simply enjoy movement in a supportive environment, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are. Using mindful breathing, seated and standing postures, and relaxation techniques, you’ll leave class feeling refreshed and more connected to your body. No previous yoga experience is needed—just a willingness to move and breathe with ease.
