The Art of Teaching Private Yoga
A 40-Hour CPD Training for Yoga teachers ready to build a confident, sustainable private practice.
You already know how to teach yoga.
You already know how to teach.
Now learn how to teach the person in front of you.
Teaching a private yoga session is not simply teaching a smaller group. It requires a different way of observing, listening, adapting and responding to one individual.
The Art of Teaching Private Yoga is designed to help you make that transition with confidence, developing the practical skills, subtle teaching skills and professional tools needed to create meaningful 1:1 experiences and build a sustainable private practice.
" Yoga is intimate. There is no Yoga between one and a million.Yoga is between two. The teacher and the student." T.K.V. Desikachar.

Training by Helene Retsinias Anido,
Founder at Yoga With Helene.
Hélène is an experienced yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
Yoga has been her practice long before it became her profession, a constant she has returned to through every chapter of life.
She came to teaching the way many of us do, gradually, then wholeheartedly. Kids yoga first, while raising her own children. Then adults. Then the discovery that changed how she thought about teaching altogether: private, one-to-one sessions, in her clients' homes, built around real people with real lives.
Along the way she has continued to deepen her own learning assisting on yoga teacher trainings, studying pranayama with Jason Crandell, sequencing with Adam Husler, and Women's circle work with Anna Brook. She brings all of it into how she teaches.
Private teaching is steadier than group classes, more rewarding than studio work, and when you know how to build it, a genuinely sustainable income. She knows this not from theory, but from years of living it.
If you are a qualified yoga teacher wondering whether private teaching could work for you, it can.
And The Art of Teaching Private Yoga will show you how.
