4 weeks yoga taster program

You are completely new to yoga? This is for you. I am a passionate yoga teacher who specialises in teaching the basics of yoga to beginners. I believe that with the right guidance, anyone can benefit from the physical, mental, and spiritual practice of yoga. I offer a special Yoga Taster Course that introduces you to the foundation of basic postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness. This course will provide you with the tools to start your yoga journey.

6 weeks program on Yoga's foundations and alignement 

You are completely new to yoga or maybe haven't practiced for a while or are recovering from an injury. This is the perfect place to begin or continue your yoga journey. I specialise in teaching the foundations of yoga in a safe and supportive environment while emphasizing on correct alignment and posture. I offer a variety of classes that range from beginner to advanced and focus on both physical and mental wellbeing. My goal is to help my students find the balance between challenge and comfort in their practice, while also having fun. With classes that emphasize breath, connection, and mindful movement, I am confident that my students will leave every session feeling refreshed and energized.

Yoga for strength and stamina - 6 weeks program

Yoga with an intention. My classes are designed to help you develop strength and stamina while building core muscles. My practice offers a safe and supportive environment to help you become stronger in your back, arms and legs.Whether you’re just starting out or have been practicing yoga for years, I can help you reach your goals and explore the practice of yoga. I look forward to starting this program with you.
