Women's Circle is a time to connect in a deeper and more meaningful way. Women gather together in a feminine sacred way.
During the Cirlcle, I weave in sacred rituals that help us connect to our entire feminine presence, we connect to the present, the past and what is to come. As a Yoga Teacher, and an avid exploratrice of the mind, my circles are weaved in with embodiment practices, breathwork and guided meditation.
